Job Summary: Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Server Assistants to join our dynamic team. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing support to our servers and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
This position requires full open availability including early mornings, weekends and holidays through September 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently.
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including refilling water glasses and bread baskets.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events and functions.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Must have full open availability from March through September 2025
